About ApeiroCraft

Running client work shouldn't mean paying for ten tools that don't talk to each other — a CRM here, a proposal tool there, invoices somewhere else, and a spreadsheet holding it all together. ApeiroCraft replaces that Frankenstack with one contact record that carries the whole job: first hello, signed proposal, paid invoice.
We're built in Kathmandu, Nepal, for agencies, studios, consultancies, and freelancers everywhere. Being small is the point — every screen is designed by the same hands, on the same principles, so the whole product feels like one thing.

Obvious beats clever
If you could hesitate, the design is wrong. Every screen has one clear next step — and it's the only loud thing on it.
Speed is the aesthetic
Every interaction responds in under 100 milliseconds, perceived. Search filters as you type, edits apply instantly, nothing ever blocks you.
The interface disappears
You should remember what you accomplished, not what the UI looked like — except the moments worth remembering, like a signed proposal.
Who builds it.
ApeiroCraft is built and run by Shaish Guni, working alone from Kathmandu, Nepal. There is no team behind the name and no support desk in front of him — the person who writes the code is the person who answers the email, which is the only reason a one-person product is worth choosing over a funded one.
That has a practical consequence for anything you read on this site. The competitor prices on the comparison pages were checked by hand against each vendor's public pricing page, not scraped from a feature-matrix service, and the plan limits quoted anywhere here are read from the same table the running product enforces. When a competitor changes their pricing, these pages are wrong until they are corrected — so if you find a stale figure, saying so is genuinely useful, and it gets fixed and credited.
It also means the honest limits are stated rather than buried. ApeiroCraft does not hold SOC 2 or HIPAA certification, does not do time tracking or full accounting, and tops out at twenty seats in a single workspace. Those are on the pricing page and in the machine-readable reference because a buyer who finds a dealbreaker after signing up is a worse outcome than one who finds it now.
