What it does
- Turn an accepted proposal into an invoice without retyping the line items.
- Send the invoice as a link. You're notified the first time your client opens it.
- Set the currency per invoice, so local and overseas clients bill from one workspace.
- Add a tax rate (VAT, GST, sales tax), a percent or fixed discount, notes and a footer.
- Your client downloads a PDF copy from the same link.
- Attach files and images to the invoice.
- Add your own payment link (Stripe, PayPal, Wise or any other), and ApeiroCraft takes no cut of what your client pays.
- Track status from sent to viewed to paid, and see what's overdue.
What it doesn't do
- No built-in card processing. Payment goes through your own provider's link.
- No recurring invoices or automatic payment reminders yet.
- No time tracking to pull hours into an invoice.
- Not accounting software: it doesn't calculate tax liabilities or file returns. Keep your bookkeeping tool or accountant.

Is there free invoicing software for freelancers?
Yes. ApeiroCraft's Free plan sends 3 invoices and 3 proposals a month with no time limit and no card, and drafts are unlimited. Small "via ApeiroCraft" footer on free invoices; paid plans remove it.
Does ApeiroCraft take a percentage of my payments?
No. You add your own payment link from the provider you already use, and your client pays you there. Your provider charges its normal fees; ApeiroCraft charges nothing per payment.
Can I turn a proposal into an invoice?
Yes. When a client accepts and signs a proposal, you can raise the invoice from it without re-entering the line items. That is the main reason to keep proposals and invoices in one tool.
Can I invoice in my own currency?
Yes. Currency is set per invoice, so you can bill a local client in GBP, EUR, AUD or INR and an overseas client in USD from the same workspace.
How many invoices can I send?
Free sends 3 a month, Solo 50, Team 400 and Agency 2000. Drafting never counts; only sending an invoice to a client does.
