1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ApeiroCraft ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Use of the Platform
You may use ApeiroCraft only for lawful business purposes. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform
- Use the platform to store or transmit illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other workspaces or accounts
- Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform
- Impersonate another user, business, or entity
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the platform's performance
- Use any part of the platform's design, code, or proprietary workflows to build a competing product
3. Accounts & Workspaces
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure and do not share them. Each workspace subscription is independent — you may belong to multiple workspaces, each with its own plan and billing.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Payments are processed securely via DodoPayments. Refunds are handled case-by-case — reach out to gunishaish@gmail.com within 7 days of a charge if you have a concern.
5. Free Trials
We offer free trials at our discretion. At the end of a trial period, your workspace automatically downgrades to the Free plan unless a paid plan is activated. No charges are made without your explicit action.
6. Intellectual Property
ApeiroCraft owns all platform code, design, and branding. Your data is entirely yours — we make no claim of ownership over anything you create, upload, or store on the platform. You can export or delete your data at any time.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or cause harm to other users. You may cancel your account at any time from workspace settings. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
8. Limitation of Liability
ApeiroCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you via email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
