Which plan you actually need.
Every plan has the same features. What changes is how many workspaces, seats, and actions you get.
How seats work
You are billed per workspace, not per user — adding a teammate or a contractor does not add a line to your bill.
What each plan does set is how many people can be in it: 1 on Free, 3 on Solo, 5 on Team, 30 on Agency, counted across all the workspaces you own. Someone in two of your workspaces counts once. Need a sixth person on Team? That is the move to Agency — flat pricing with a ceiling, not unlimited seats.
What counts against my limit?
Sending. The first time a proposal or an invoice goes to a client, it uses one of that month's sends. Proposals and invoices are counted separately, so on Free you get three of each — not three between them.
Writing costs nothing. Drafting, editing and deleting are unlimited on every plan, including Free, and re-sending a follow-up to a client who has gone quiet does not use a second send — only the first time each proposal reaches them counts.
Your client opening and reading a proposal costs you nothing, on any plan, however many times they do it. Everything resets on the 1st of each month.
