Qwilr pricing in 2026
Three plans, all priced per user: $35, $55 and $75 a month on annual billing, with Starter also available monthly at $49. The two higher tiers come with seat minimums, which is where the real cost hides.

What each plan actually gets you
Starter ($35 annually, $49 monthly). E-signature, analytics (60 days of history), QwilrPay payments at a 0.09% fee per transaction, HubSpot, Zoho and Pipedrive integrations, and API access with usage costs.
Growth ($55 annually). Adds a dedicated customer success manager, custom branding, automations, identity verification, enhanced reporting, template-level settings, a Microsoft Dynamics integration, 120 days of analytics, and no QwilrPay fee.
Scale ($75 annually). Adds the Salesforce integration, conditional content and the Smart Proposal Engine, AI prefill, team-level permissions, premium design services, chat support and unlimited analytics history.
The jump that matters is from Starter to Growth. Custom branding, automations and a lower payment fee are all on Growth, but Growth can't be bought for fewer than five people. A two-person studio that wants its own branding pays for five seats: $275 a month, billed for the year.
What Qwilr costs for 1, 3 and 5 people
Because every plan is per user, the team size multiplies the bill. Annual billing first, monthly in brackets where it exists.

Is Qwilr worth the price?
When the proposal is the pitch, often yes. Qwilr pages are interactive web documents: embedded video, quote builders, conditional content on Scale. A sales team selling high-value deals, where one won proposal pays for a year of seats, gets real value from that, and we don't build anything as elaborate.
It is harder to justify for a freelancer or a small studio. One person on Starter is $35 to $49 a month for proposals alone, and three people are $105 to $147. Qwilr doesn't include a CRM pipeline, invoicing or tasks, so those are separate tools on top. - How much does Qwilr cost per month?
- Qwilr's Starter plan is $35 per user per month billed annually, or $49 billed monthly. Growth is $55 per user and Scale is $75 per user, both billed annually only. Prices checked on qwilr.com/pricing on 14 October 2026.
- Does Qwilr have a free plan?
- No. Starter has a 14-day free trial with no credit card. When it ends you lose access to the account, and the pages you published stay live for 30 days.
- Is Qwilr priced per user?
- Yes. Every plan is per user per month. Growth needs at least 5 users and Scale at least 10, so the higher tiers start at $275 and $750 a month on annual billing.
- Which Qwilr plan includes e-signature and payments?
- All of them. E-signature, analytics and QwilrPay are on Starter. Starter's QwilrPay fee is 0.09% per transaction; Growth and Scale have no QwilrPay fee. Custom branding starts at Growth.
- What does Qwilr cost for a team of five?
- Five people on Starter are $175 a month billed annually, or $245 billed monthly. On Growth, which starts at five users, it's $275 a month on annual billing. For comparison, ApeiroCraft's Team plan is $79 a month flat for five people.
