HoneyBook outside the US Nepal

HoneyBook alternative for Nepal

Most Nepali freelancers who send proposals are pitching clients in the US, the UK, Australia or the Gulf, and the tools those clients' freelancers use were not built for a seller in Kathmandu or Pokhara. HoneyBook, the one recommended most often, only accepts businesses in the US, Canada, the UK and Australia (checked 4 November 2026). Nepal isn't on the list.

ApeiroCraft covers the same ground: a client pipeline, proposals your client opens and signs online, and invoices made from the signed proposal. It accepts businesses in Nepal. Subscriptions are billed in US dollars through Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, which lists Nepal among the countries it takes card payments from. The free plan needs no card at all.

How this comparison is made

Every row was checked by hand against HoneyBook's public pricing page and documentation, July 2026 — no scraped feature matrices, no guesses. When either product changes, the table changes. Spot something first? Tell us and we'll correct it, credited.

What it costs in NPR.

Plans are priced and charged in US dollars — flat per account, not per user. Each plan includes a set number of people. Here's roughly what that lands at locally so you can budget without a calculator.

PlanUSDNPR (approx.)
Free$0Rs 0
Solo$19/mo≈ Rs 2,880/mo
Team$79/mo≈ Rs 12,000/mo
Agency$149/mo≈ Rs 22,600/mo

Approximate, at about Rs 151.6 to the US dollar: the ECB reference rate on 3 November 2026 for the Indian rupee, times Nepal's fixed peg of 1.6. Plans are charged in USD, so your bank sets the final rate and may add its own fee.

USD for clients abroad, NPR at home

Currency is set per invoice, so a client in New York gets dollars and a client in Lalitpur gets rupees, from the same workspace.

Paying for it from Nepal

You need a card that works for international payments. For most freelancers that's a dollar card from a Nepali bank. Dodo Payments takes internationally enabled cards with 3D Secure for subscriptions. Many Nepali dollar cards have had a $500 yearly limit for individuals, and Nepal Rastra Bank changed some limits for IT exporters in 2026, so ask your bank what yours is. A year of Solo is $228.

Your PAN or VAT number on every invoice

Your PAN or VAT number has its own field in settings and prints on every invoice and PDF. If you're VAT-registered, set the 13% rate on the invoice. ApeiroCraft applies the rate you set. It isn't accounting software and doesn't file anything with the Inland Revenue Department, so keep your accountant for that.

Getting paid by clients abroad

ApeiroCraft never touches your client's payment. Each invoice carries your own payment details, whether that's a Payoneer request, bank details for a SWIFT transfer, or a card payment link, so the only fee is the one your provider charges.

Know when it was opened, across time zones

In winter, Nepal is 10 hours 45 minutes ahead of New York. Seeing the moment a client opens your proposal tells you whether to follow up tonight or wait for their morning.

Choose ApeiroCraft if…

  • You're based in Nepal: HoneyBook doesn't accept Nepali businesses, so the comparison stops there.
  • You bill clients abroad in dollars and local clients in rupees.
  • You want proposals your client opens and signs from a link, instead of a PDF and a scanned signature.
  • You want to start free and only pay once you're sending more than the free plan covers.

HoneyBook is the better pick if…

  • You also run a registered business in the US, Canada, the UK or Australia, and want HoneyBook's built-in scheduling and card processing there.
  • Your clients expect HoneyBook specifically and you have an entity it accepts.

If you have a US or Canadian entity and those things matter to you, HoneyBook is a good product. This page is about the case where you simply can't sign up.

HoneyBook in Nepal, answered.

Is HoneyBook available in Nepal?

No. When we checked on 4 November 2026, HoneyBook served businesses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia only. A freelancer or company registered in Nepal can't sign up.

Which proposal software works for Nepali freelancers with international clients?

You need a tool that accepts a business in Nepal, lets you invoice in US dollars, and that you can actually pay for from here. ApeiroCraft does all three: it's available in Nepal, invoices are in any currency, and the subscription is billed in USD through Dodo Payments, which takes internationally enabled cards. The free plan has no time limit and asks for no card. Paid plans are $19, $79 or $149 a month, flat per account.

How do I pay for a software subscription from Nepal?

Usually with a dollar card from a Nepali bank, enabled for international online payments. Dodo Payments, which bills ApeiroCraft subscriptions, accepts internationally enabled cards with 3D Secure. Check your card's yearly limit with your bank: $500 a year has been common for individuals, and Nepal Rastra Bank changed some limits for IT exporters in 2026. A year of the Solo plan is $228.

How much does ApeiroCraft cost in Nepali rupees?

Billing is in USD. At about Rs 151.6 to the dollar in early November 2026, Solo is roughly Rs 2,880 a month, Team about Rs 12,000 and Agency about Rs 22,600. Your bank sets the actual rate. The free plan costs nothing.

Are e-signatures valid in Nepal?

Nepal's Electronic Transactions Act, 2063 (2008) recognises electronic records, and gives digital signatures issued through licensed certifying authorities legal standing. An ApeiroCraft signature isn't a certified digital signature. It records the signer's name, email, IP address and a UTC timestamp, which is good evidence that a client agreed to a proposal. For high-value or statutory documents, ask a lawyer.
