PandaDoc pricing in 2026

A free eSign plan, then two paid plans priced per seat: $19 and $49 a month on annual billing, or $35 and $65 monthly. Here is what each includes, where the free plan stops, and what it costs once there is more than one of you.

The short answer

  • Free eSign plan: $0, 60 documents a year, up to 5 templates.
  • Starter: $19/seat/mo billed annually, or $35 monthly.
  • Business: $49/seat/mo billed annually, or $65 monthly.
  • Enterprise: quoted, per seat or per document. CRM integrations and branding start at Business.

Every plan, side by side

What each plan actually gets you

Starter ($19 annually, $35 monthly). Unlimited document uploads and e-signatures, the drag-and-drop document editor, real-time tracking and notifications, 24/7 email and chat support, and API access (usage credits apply). Up to 5 templates.

Business ($49 annually, $65 monthly). Adds custom quotes and sales agreements, CRM integrations (some need usage credits), custom branding and a content library, deal rooms, approval workflows, web forms and bulk send (both paid add-ons), and unlimited templates.

Free eSign ($0). The document editor, tracking, notifications and support, capped at 60 documents a year and 5 templates. Enough to sign the occasional agreement; not enough to run sales on.

The jump that matters is from Starter to Business. If you want PandaDoc to connect to your CRM, carry your branding or route documents for approval, that is Business, at $49 a seat on annual billing. The monthly prices are the other gap: $35 and $65 a seat, or about 84% and 33% more than paying for the year.

What PandaDoc costs for 1, 3 and 5 people

Because both paid plans are per seat, the team size multiplies the bill. Annual billing first, monthly in brackets.

3$57 ($105)$147 ($195)$19 (Solo)
5$95 ($175)$245 ($325)$79 (Team)

Per month, USD, list prices, before tax. ApeiroCraft is priced per account: Solo holds 3 people, Team holds 5, and there is also a free plan.

Is PandaDoc worth the price?

For a sales team, often yes. PandaDoc is deep on documents: a content library, approval workflows, CRM integrations, quotes and an enterprise tier with CPQ and SSO. If your proposals live inside Salesforce or HubSpot and pass through approvals, that depth is what you are paying for, and we don't offer it.

It is harder to justify for a freelancer or small studio. Three people on Starter are $57 a month billed annually, or $105 monthly, for documents and signatures alone. PandaDoc doesn't include a CRM pipeline or invoicing, so those are separate tools on top. Our Solo plan covers three people for $19 a month, and Team covers five for $79, with proposals, e-signature, read tracking, invoices, CRM and tasks on every plan.

We make ApeiroCraft, so read this as interested rather than neutral. For the full comparison, including where PandaDoc is better, see ApeiroCraft vs PandaDoc. Our list of PandaDoc alternatives compares eight tools on price and billing model, and the flat-rate vs per-seat breakdown does the arithmetic for bigger teams.
