Proposify pricing in 2026
Three plans: Build at $39 per user a month on annual billing, Grow at $65, and Scale as a $12,800 yearly fee for ten users. Here is what each includes, what changes if you pay monthly, and what a team of 1, 3, 5 or 10 pays.

What each plan gets you
Build. Unlimited documents and signatures, a content library, AI and an MCP server, document insights, integrations and automations, and a product catalog. Custom template design is $1,500.
Grow. Everything in Build, plus user roles and permissions, approval workflows, account metrics, custom fields and variables, and API access. A $2,000 launch kit adds onboarding, template design and 30 days of priority support.
Scale. Everything in Grow, plus premium integration add-ons, SSO, multiple workspaces, custom reporting, a dedicated success manager, and onboarding and priority support. Proposify lists custom pricing for high-volume accounts.
What Proposify costs for 1, 3, 5 and 10 people
Per month, list price. Build and Grow multiply by the number of users; Scale's platform fee is the same for any team up to ten.

Grow and Scale are billed annually; the figures are the annual price divided by twelve. Scale is $12,800 a year, about $1,067 a month. ApeiroCraft is priced per account, billed monthly: Solo holds 3 people, Team holds 5 and Agency holds 20, and there is also a free plan.
Send limits, setup fees and refunds
Send limits. Build lists “unlimited documents and signatures”. Further down, the same page carries a send-limit table under older plan names: Basic with 10 sends a month, Team with 30 and Business with 75, and overages of $0.50, $0.30 and $0.75 per send. Unused sends roll over. The page doesn't say how those map to Build, Grow and Scale, so ask before you rely on either.
Setup. Proposify sells setup as a fixed fee: $1,500 for custom template design on Build, or a $2,000 launch kit on Grow with onboarding, template design and 30 days of priority support. Scale includes onboarding.
Refunds and cancelling. Proposify doesn't refund a payment once processed. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the current period ends. On an annual plan that is a year's commitment, so use the 14-day trial properly first.
Is Proposify worth the price?
For a sales team that needs approval workflows and user roles, Grow is the plan built for that, and Scale adds SSO and multiple workspaces for larger ones. For one or two people sending proposals, Build at $39 to $49 a user is the plan, and the question is whether you need a proposal specialist at all.
ApeiroCraft wrote this page and makes a competing product, so read this as interested. It is priced per account rather than per user: Team is $79 a month for five people, against $195 for five on Proposify Build billed annually, and proposals turn into invoices with a CRM on the same records. It has no approval workflows, no API and fewer design options than a proposal specialist.

- Can I pay for Proposify monthly?
- Only on Build, at $49 per user. Build is also sold quarterly ($147 per user) and annually ($39 per user a month). Grow is billed annually.
- Does Proposify limit how many proposals you can send?
- Build lists unlimited documents and signatures. The same pricing page also shows a send-limit table under older plan names (Basic 10, Team 30 and Business 75 sends a month, with overages of $0.50, $0.30 and $0.75 per send) without mapping it to Build, Grow or Scale. Ask Proposify which applies to your plan.
- Does Proposify offer refunds?
- Its pricing page says it does not refund a payment once it has been processed. You can cancel at any point to stop the next renewal and keep access until the period ends.
