Dubsado pricing in 2026
Two plans, priced by the year: Starter at $335 and Premier at $525. Here is what each one includes, what users and brands cost on top, and what changes if you need to pay monthly.
The short answer
- Starter is $335 a year (about $28 a month). Premier is $525 a year (about $44).
- Scheduling, automated workflows, public proposals and Zapier are Premier only.
- Three additional users are free on both plans; then $25 to $60 a month by team size.
- Each additional brand is $10 a month.
- 21-day trial of Premier, no card. No free plan.
Every plan, side by side
| Plan | Per year | Per month, equivalent | Lead forms |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $335 | $27.92 | 1 active lead capture form |
| Premier | $525 | $43.75 | Unlimited active lead capture forms |
USD, from dubsado.com/pricing, checked 24 October 2026. The monthly column is the annual price divided by twelve, not a price Dubsado charges. Taxes extra. If this has changed, tell us and we'll correct it.
What each plan gets you
Starter ($335 a year). Unlimited projects and clients, invoicing and payment plans, form and email templates, client portals, calendar connection, email and live chat support, and the mobile app. No scheduling, automated workflows, public proposals, bookkeeping integration or Zapier integration.
Premier ($525 a year). Everything in Starter, plus scheduling, automated workflows, public proposals, a bookkeeping integration and a Zapier integration. Nothing on the plan table is missing from Premier.
Dubsado's homepage describes the core as a single send: “proposal, contract, and invoice”. What decides the plan is everything around that send. If you want clients to book calls themselves, or want onboarding steps to run on their own, that is Premier.
What users and brands cost
Users are an add-on on top of either plan, priced by team size. The yearly column is the monthly add-on times twelve.
| Team size | Add-on | Per year |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 3 additional users | Free | $0 |
| 4–10 users | $25/mo | $300 |
| 11–20 users | $45/mo | $540 |
| 21–30 users | $60/mo | $720 |
| 30+ users | Email Dubsado | — |
Dubsado's page words the free allowance as “3 additional users” and the paid tiers by total users (4–10, 11–20, 21–30). It doesn't say whether the account owner counts toward those totals. Additional brands are $10 a month each.
Fees, and monthly vs annual
Transaction fees. The pricing page lists none and doesn't name a payment processor. The only charges beyond the plan are users and brands, above. That is a real difference from HoneyBook, which processes payments itself and publishes card fees from 2.7% + 10¢ or 2.9% + 25¢, depending on the part of its pricing page.
Monthly billing. The page prints annual prices only and says annual billing gets you “2 months worth of savings”. It doesn't print the monthly price, so we haven't calculated one. If cash flow matters more than the total, ask before you commit.
The trial. 21 days of full Premier access, no card. Anything you build on Premier features during the trial (a scheduler, an automated workflow) needs Premier to keep working, so choose the plan before you build.
Is Dubsado good value?
For a small team that is happy to pay yearly, it is good value. Starter is under $28 a month and includes three additional users, a client portal and unlimited clients. Premier, with scheduling and automated workflows, is under $44.
It is worse value if you need to pay monthly or only want to send proposals and invoices. ApeiroCraft, which wrote this page, has a free plan and charges $19 a month for up to three people on Solo, monthly, with proposals, e-signature, read tracking, invoices and a CRM. It has no scheduler, no client portal and no automated workflows, which Dubsado Premier has.
