Proposal → signature → invoice
Proposal and invoicing software where the signature creates the invoice.
Write the proposal with its payment schedule, get it signed in the browser, and the deposit invoice exists the moment the client signs. Later stages invoice from the same proposal, with the same figures. Free to start; Solo is $19/mo flat for 3 people.
How the loop works
Write the proposal, with its payment schedule
Scope, price and a payment schedule in one document: stages due on signing, on completion of a phase, or on a date, as percentages or fixed amounts.
Send it as a link and see when it's opened
Each open is timestamped, repeat visits included, so you follow up when the client is actually reading.
The client signs in the browser
Name, email and a timestamp are recorded with the signed version, so the figures you invoice are the figures they agreed to.
The deposit invoice is created on signing
Every on-signing stage becomes an invoice the moment the proposal is signed, with the same client and amount. You're notified, and it carries your own payment link.
Later stages invoice from the same proposal
When a phase is done or a date arrives, invoice that stage from the proposal. No retyping, and the proposal shows what's been billed and what's still to come.
In the same tool
- Proposals with open tracking and e-signature
- Payment schedules: on signing, on completion, on a date
- Invoices with currency per invoice, tax rate and discount
- Your own payment link on every invoice
- A CRM and tasks on the same client records
What it doesn't do
- No built-in card processing: clients pay through your own provider's link, so ApeiroCraft never takes a cut.
- Deposits aren't charged automatically. The invoice is created on signing; your client pays it through your link.
- No recurring invoices or time tracking yet.
- Not accounting software: it doesn't file tax returns.
Proposals and invoices, answered.
Can a proposal turn into an invoice automatically?
Yes, for the stages you mark as due on signing. Add a payment schedule to the proposal; when the client signs, each on-signing stage becomes an invoice straight away. Stages due on completion or on a date are invoiced from the proposal when you reach them.
How do I send a deposit invoice when a client signs?
Put the deposit in the proposal's payment schedule as a stage due on signing — for example 50%, or a fixed amount. The invoice is created the moment the client signs, with the agreed figure, and you're notified so you can send it.
Why keep proposals and invoices in one tool?
Because the invoice should match what was signed. With two tools the figures are retyped, the payment stages live in a spreadsheet, and the launch payment gets renegotiated. In one tool the schedule the client signed is the one you invoice from.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free sends 3 proposals and 3 invoices a month with e-signatures, no card and no time limit. Solo is $19/mo flat for 50 of each and 3 people.
